About Grae Nakama, PA-C

Grae Nakama, PA-C is excited to bring her 24 years of experience in family medicine to our office. She is a board certified physician assistant and received her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder, followed by Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University for her PA training. Grea joined our office February 2021.

Grae was raised in Littleton and has practiced here most of her career. She believes that the provider and patient should function as a team while focusing on wellness and prevention. Areas of special interests are lifestyle medicine, nutrition, gut health, celiac, reproductive health/contraception, PrEP, health equity, and trauma informed care. LGBTQ Ally.

Outside of work Grae enjoys family, yoga, gardening, and hiking, and has spent 16 years studying Hawaiian culture, language and hula.
